About this app

The online grocery vendor app is only an application. Completing an app does not guarantee acceptance. Approved applicants will be notified via email of all approved products/services and other details regarding the event at least 4 weeks before the event date. Once accepted the order, selected food vendors must remit payment by the deadline outlined in the acceptance letter.

MENU ITEMS:

The Parks & Recreation Department reserves the right to choose the kinds of food to be sold in order to minimize duplication and retains the right to deny the selling of any particular menu item. In such cases, the Grocery Sass Vendor will be contacted to discuss alternatives. It will work as first come first serve, so the priority will be given to those that apply first. Signage must include the description of the item along with the price and should be legible and visible at the location where grocery orders are taken. There is no assurance that you will be the Grocery Sass app for vendors or the sole vendor of any particular food products.

All approved menu products confirmation notifications will be provided along with notice of acceptance before the event. The vendor of grocery Saas must agree to only sell approved menu items.

BOOTH SPACE/LOCATION:

Standard booth space will be provided, in case you need larger booth space, you must seek approval from the event coordinator. All events are outdoors. Saas vendor app for grocery will also have the opportunity to promote your industry/business on-site with promotional materials, coupons, menus, and name-identified uniformed employees. Booth space or location is determined by The Recreation and Colony Parks & is non-transferable.

EQUIPMENT/ELECTRICITY:

Grocery saas vendors are responsible for providing all operational equipment, including however not limited to canopies, tents, tables, chairs, ice, etc. Grocery Saas Vendors will be provided (2) 110v outlets. If additional power is needed a $50 fee will be assessed. Food vendors should bring their own water vessel for filling as necessary, as running water will not be provided.

EVENT HOURS:

Online grocery vendor app agrees to operate throughout all hours of the event & agrees to remain in the booth until official closing time. Grocery Saas Vendors that leave before event closing time will not be permitted to attend The Colony Special Events. If the food saas vendor arrives past the specified set-up time for the event, the grocery vendor will not be permitted admittance & a refund of the booth fee will not be given. If an online grocery saas vendor doesn't show up on the day of the event this will result in a forfeit of your booth fee.

PROPANE/GRILLING:

Propane and grilling are both allowed for cooking. All state & city fire regulations must be followed. The use of a drip pan or plywood placed under the grill & fryers is strictly enforced.

App Permissions

Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows an app to access precise location.
Allows an app to access approximate location.
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
Allows access to the vibrator.
Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.
