App experience was quite poor. Found it very difficult to navigate. Especially for first time user. Concept of renting electric car is great. But practically everything was very difficult to understand. The app doesn't allow you to book vehicles from different locations. Staff didn't know how app works. Iodines keep blocking random amounts on your credit card practically every day eventhough we rented a car for a pre-agreed amount for 5 days.
