I have the same experience as Mr. CA Haituk Desai. The OTP is never rec'd immediately, n when we request resend OTP, message flashes that OTP akready sent to registered mobile number, but doesn't arrive.We attempt a few more times for OTP n then exit the app in frustration. Later , some times evev after a couple of hours the OTPs start reaching my phone, n when I enter,msg flashes wrong entry. Please solve this problem immediately.

worst application ever used. Shame on the developers and bank for unable to provide service. Everytime OTP required for login, but never received. Amazingly messages are received upon transa. Shame on those officials who are viewing these complaints and still sitting mum. Rekove this app and close your bank.you are the poorest service provider ever came across. thanks.

I have worst experience in this app. That app demand login and OTP every time ,and was good but when we use it continues after some time it has not send any OTP and i am waiting for it long time this process are frustrating.

Finally got otp . may be the sms blocker preventing it . donno but i was using trucaller for messaging . after changing to my default messanger i received otp within 2 second. Hope others having problem getting otp should change your messenger app to default.

There is option to select account number. But there is no option to add another account. Please give option to add multiple accounts. Enable E-Statement period atleast 3 months.

One of the worst app I have ever used ... It's not worth for getting a single star... First one or two days it was working after that I'm not getting OTP.. really waste..total waste ...useless app
