Have been using this as my preferred live wallpaper for about 5+ years. Whenever I get a new phone I make sure to have this wallpaper ready to install and customize. The interface and customization is fairly easy to use and there are many variations and options to get the appearance you want. It is elegant and does not drain the battery compared to other live wallpapers.

Does what it promises, sadly the app crashes if I try to change my wallpaper more than once without force closing it. Not really what we want in a paid product.

You should be able to save profiles, and it is impossible to set as both a lockscreen and a background after choosing just the background option.
