Don't try this on a phone, might be able to struggle through on a tablet to get it to log in but wouldn't scan the code for the garden correctly. Had to manually enter it...several attempts to take. Opens in landscape mode so that's the reason to only try this on a tablet. It's really an issue. I'd like to have it on my phone for notifications but that's just not possible. Very poorly designed. Hopefully that improves.

Not good! Apparently only works with Tablets. I downloaded to my phone. It doesn't allow me to sign in (no log-in). Tried to change password, says account doesn't exist. Tried to go in through forgot password, says account doesn't exist. Tried to create account, says account already exists. Same email used throughout. I am STILL waiting to see the benefits advertised with my Farm XL... disappointing experience so far.

Can't sign in, making the app not even remotely functional (and good luck trying to get it hooked up with Alexa...). If you're looking to shell out an extra $100 for a WiFi-enabled Aerogarden, look elsewhere, because this app is effectively useless.

Can't even get the app to download to my phone. Paid extra for this functionality and can't use it at all. *FINALLY was able to download it and register, and now i can't log back in. Very frustrating Also can't connect to alexa.

Not a user friendly app. Works only in landscape mode. Made for tablets, not phones. We need a proper phone app Aerogarden.
