The worst taxi company ever they come always late overcharge always don't know directions and talk always on the phone what's super super annoying! I would've give it a 5- if there's such a thing.

Worst customer service! They never send a taxi when they say they will. Nasty drivers. I spend $500 a month on them and they don't even try to treat you nice!

I've tried to use this app three separate times. The first time, the only driver was an hour away, outside the city entirely. The second time a driver couldn't be found for me. The third time it just kept searching and never left the searching screen. Done.
