There's always some error or the other while booking flights. Both the app and website show outdated information. They show point conversion from partners who no longer offer conversion option to Intermiles, they show cards from banks which don't offer them anymore and they take bookings for hotels which don't exist anymore. Also a fraudulent company misleading customers. They do not adhere to their own terms when it comes to fully refundable ticket cancellation and do not give a refund.

They have changed the redemption policy to use only 50% of the price and rest with the reward points. They cancelled complete redemption.

Since a month it's informing that intermiles team is working for a better value proposition for me..seems like the app is not working after you own a good number of miles

This app runs very slow (even if you have super fast internet connection). It's good for earning money but it will take too much time at every step. You can spin and play games to earn intermiles but sometimes they are not added to your account. You have to spin and play again and once again , it will be too slow(due to bad intermiles server). At last , you will be extremely extremely annoyed.

Booking experience is good. However, properties are not as per the pictures. Earlier also faced such. Almost old properties or properties with improper aminities observed

I like the app as a concept. Found it to be very slow to load in spite of having good 4G connectivity and even broadband. The games too work way too slowly esp. on older mobiles. There is no way to control the spin wheel spinning. Pressing the spin button longer leads to selecting the button text. No fun. The benefits have been reduced too in the newer version. Suggest to have more weightage (intermiles) for physical activity(ies) than playing games on mobile. Also, keep changing games.
