Hot Garbage. This "Smart Home" app will sit and spin it's wheels trying to adjust the temperature in my home for hours if I let it. Better off walking down stairs and making the adjustments manually in the first place because you'll have to anyway. I shouldn't be surprised this is the quality of service provided to military base housing; government contracting at it's finest.

Horrible. Wont even work, my thermostat keeps changing to 78 degrees and anything we change it to is only "temporary" until we can change it in the app, which we CAN'T. Even if it does take however long to load, when I try changing the temperature it gives me an error. Horrible.

Always very slow to load, trouble changing the settings. It also says something about the version that I have installed but there are not any updates. Very frustrating.

About this app

The MES Energy Manager allows homeowners to remotely monitor and control the biggest users of energy in their home – their heating and cooling systems, electric water heaters, refrigerators, pools and so on.
The MES Energy Manager uses a gateway in the home to connect programmable thermostats, load controllers and other sensors to the Internet. This gateway can use Ethernet, WiFi or Cellular connections to access the Internet while providing a wireless Zigbee network in the home for control of its mechanical equipment.
Using the MES Energy Manager and connected devices in the home, users can view and change equipment settings controlling the temperature and energy use in their home. Common settings they may adjust include:
· Heat, Cool, Off or Auto HVAC system mode,
· Permanent schedules and temperature set points,
· Temporary temperature adjustments (warmer or cooler),
· Vacation adjustments (temperature & water heating).
In addition, users may also view benchmark indications of how well their home, equipment and the people living there are doing in terms of energy efficiency and environmental stewardship, compared to other homes. These indicators include:
· Overall energy use, intensity (kWh per square foot) and the breakdown of how they use energy in their home (e.g. heating, cooling, water heating),
· How quickly their home gains heat in the summer or loses heat in the winter (an indication of how well insulated the doors, windows and walls of their home are),
· How quickly their cooling and heating equipment lowers the temperature in summer and raises the temperature in winter (an indication of HVAC efficiency),
· If they have an electric water heater, how much energy they are using to heat water,
· How much energy common plug loads, such as refrigerators, freezers, entertainment systems, computer systems, etc. are consuming,
· An environmental scorecard comparing their use of common energy conservation measures in the home compared to other homes in the same community.

Addition of the Billing Indicator screen (when applicable for the tenant). Bug fixes related to the gauges.
