Works grest with V40. Installed on V20 and i am not able to see the Insta360player folder. I can access my DCIM and play vr files. Not sure why i can see the app folder in windows. Have explorer set to show hidden. Player still works great just need to go to different folder. Update: new phones needed setting on file manager to show hidden and restart phones. Insta360player folder now appears in explorer. Can play my vr files on my oculus through player. Covered connector with tape. Looped vid

App doesn't function as promised. Even the demo 360 photo on the app cannot be viewed properly. And on top of that, I've been in contact with Insta360 and they are refusing to fix the app. For now, its a broken product made by an irresponsible brand.

Claims to support insta360 file viewing in app, but when exploring the help section (with my nvidia shield tablet; android 7.0) I discovered this app does not support my device. There is a very limited list of compatible device of which most are Xiaomi or Huawei (only 1 Samsung device: Note 3) Absolute shame that it only supports these Chinese brands!

Crashes all the time, have a s5e tablet and the app crashes a few seconds into scanning for media, as in select "Folder" in the top right drop down menu, which is initiated a scan and then causes a crash. I want to select my 180/360 file in any filebrowser and have the player start playing that file right away.

Garbage app, will not properly display *.insp photos taken from the insta360 one X. Also the app needs to be updated to support the latest Android versions....
