Awful. Booked a taxi. Never showed up. No way of phoning the office - there's a number listed but nobody answers. 6 ladies left to try and find their way home in a city we don't know, late at night.

Absolutely useless can't book a taxi even 2 hours or 2 days later always got a error with the app and never got more than 1 cab or 0 cab s on don't know how they operate a service with such a small amount of taxis, rubbish do not recommend

Lovely driver and it was so easy to book a taxi. What I found really nice was the fact that I could pay with my card straight from the app.

Absolutely useless app. It doesn't accept my collection address and cannot find the drop off location. All I want is to go from Keyham to Mutley. Don't waste your time phone instead.

Taxi was late, then he didn't know where he was going & just to add to an already terrible booking, the driver charged me over the quoted rate for crossing the Tamar Bridge. I'd rather walk next time.
