First had issues signing up for the app. Had to download it multiple times on 2 different phones before it finally worked on 1. Tried booking a taxi on 3 separate occasions. The first time our driver was great and was on time. The other 2 times we never got a driver. Looked up the hours on a few sites and they said they stopped working at 2100, the times we attempted booking a taxi were way before then. Luckily we were given the number to other taxi services.
