Horrible experience every time that I try to make an appointment. the doctor's office message says go to insight digestive app and the app tells me to call the doctor. It's very limited as to what you can do and it's not interactive. The only benefit of this app is that it tells you when you're next appointment is. Unfortunately, the doctors group makes you use it. I'm close to changing doctors just because it's so difficult to use.
