With Tia’s new Check-Up feature, you simply answer a few questions to identify possible conditions related to your symptoms. This allows you to book an appointment specific to your symptoms with the best-suited doctor available!

With Tia, you simply book an appointment based on your symptoms and connect with a doctor via online video or phone.

Consulting a doctor is easy with Tia – here’s how:

1. Download and open the app
2. Sign up in-app or log in with your existing tia account
3. Navigate to the “Book” tab and specify how you would like to speak to a doctor
4. Book an appointment based on your condition or find possible conditions related to your symptoms with the “Check-Up” feature
5. Browse through our network of trusted doctors, we will find the ones best suited to your condition or symptoms
6. Pick a date and time for your appointment
7. Log back in at the time of your appointment to consult with your virtual doctor via video or phone
