There is something wrong with your OTP function, it says "we have sent a one time pin to your phone....", but actually that never happens. App needs to be improved to work with all mobile phone numbers irrespective of the network type.

Finally it worked for me yesterday. Easy to use and worked great. I would still say that the idea is great but make the following changes: - Make it reliable - Bring in good customer care - Increase merchant networks. Currently it is 99% restaurants only - Include mobile / branchless banking (like easypaisa or jazzcash) with some Islamic bank - Fix mobile topup issue - Include "tap n pay" / NFC payment

since many days app is not working, I don't know how many clients are impacted but this is happening whenever launch the app it's flash and just close no error message nothing I have sent couple of emails along with the video but nobody is attending my complaint, I will really appreciate if someone attend the complaint and fix the issue urgently.

I installed it 10 times in last few hours. Was NEVER able to even register!!! Reason , app crashes every single time. Pathatic app, bad development and absolutely no idea what to do. How can you run adds on radio and tv and launch the app without any testing at all???? I dont know what kind of a bad developer will do that!!!

Worst experience with application. I must recommend everyone not to install & signup for this Banking application. Really worst application experience ever i felt. I downloaded app but it couldn't open properly, just opened and then closed it goes on by trying several times to open and then finally app opened and i signed up. After signing up app went off again. Then again i opened the app but couldn't found login page except sign up page only. Device: Samsung J7 2017. Android: 8.1.0.

I suggest to all not use this App. Reason #1. Contact number is invalid #2. Support email form not proceeded. #3. FAQs answers not open. Thats i remove this App from my phone now.
