About this app

Cofrentes is located at the confluence of the rivers Jucar and Cabriel. Of Roman origin, it was this town that gave it the name Confluentum. A district full of culture and are represented in this product, where you can visit the most emblematic places of this district in the province of Valencia.

You will be able to visit this village on-site but also from home. Its castle built in the SXII is a significant remnant of the passage of the Muslims. And thanks to the augmented reality, you will be able to know part of the historical background of this town, and the significance it had and has over the region.

You will be able to visit the 3D virtual reconstructions of important places of the Castle such as: The Fortress; and the Arms Courtyard. You will be able to "move" virtually through these digitally reconstructed rooms, according to the advice of the Ayto Archaeology team of Cofrentes.
