This is not helpful at all. I can't even get to accept my code. I need to type in a code, from y bill of sale. Guess what! No code for me on that invoice. I begin to call the # suggested, but I keep getting put off. Pease I need some help here.

Could get it to connect, won't even through Bluetooth, directions are vague at best.

Version update stalls out and turns bluetooth off on the concentrator. Will not update to version 2.2

This app definately needs work. Looks like its development was an after-thought. The only information it provides that you can't see on the built-in display is total run hours and how many days since you changed cannula or cleaned the filter. No control function at all. Plus, it tends to loose Bluetooth when changing batteries and, if you change phones, there's no way to disconnect from your old phone . Pass!!
