Since it transformed from RWE to innogy it became worse. Creating scenarios is less intuitive, since you have to scroll to create multiple switching points for heating, it got slower, etc. Worst thing is that scenarios could not be adjusted anymore when using the Android app, this is not a problem on iOS so please fix this.

Ever since the latest updates from October, and the Livisi rebranding, the app is now working great. Login times, and overall speed is much better. Keep up the good work!

Maybe the worst smarthome and app you possibly could find. Buggy, unreliable and worst usability. Initially it was absolutely great but it received no love since years and got worse and worse with switching companies behind. It got to a point where you rather throw it all out of the window than having to deal with this app any further. Hardware is great but useless because you can't use it with any other software/system.

its kinda slow. doesn't work that well with Google home. Seems like it always needs updates.
