Very Bad. They even don't option to follow up. Video consultation not happen on scheduling time even you don't have option to raise. No update why delay. Don't use this app. This is just fraud you. I booked today 1:30 p.m online consultation. Even wait 2 hrs didn't get call , when called help desk it's busy last 30 min. In app no update why delay. Just you don't have any clue what happened your money and time. Just a app to fraud people. . But unfortunately no update in applications.

Useless👎💩💨 so many problems😰 Everyday updates come in this application, but nothing updates happen. same problem, have to face even after updating again.Every day bath date comes and without update can not use this application.

I took appointment for Dr. Kalyan Bose at 5PM. I got the call from him within 15 min. He was cordial and asked about my problem. When talking I only faced problem with the app as it was sometime got disconnected. The experience with Dr. Was good but due to this network issue I was unable understand some of the Dr.'s opinion.

Just downloaded app by reading on yourstory. Terrible onboarding flow. Will ask thousands of details and hundreds of permission without giving any reason why the permissions are needed. This is 2021 guys. There is something called privacy. Please hire a good product manager. I wanted to book an appointment but the onboarding flow was a big turn off. Uninstalling it.

Appointment not fulfilled, I booked and appointment for 10 may '21 at 12:20pm. Waited till 1:20pm, but did not receive any call. The status says "missed" where as I had kept the app active on my mobile from 12:15 pm onwards till 1:25pm. The customer care number was not reachable. Would have liked the app to provide alternate options in case of missed / cancelled appointments. The fees paid has been refunded as mentioned in the training video after 2 days. Increasing 2 stars.

I booked an appointment for 6 pm yesterday and was sitting from 5.30 pm till 9.29 pm but the consultation did not happen.I kept sending mails but there was a auto reply.i kept trying the customer care number given but there was no response. Initiating legal action as it has criminal as well as civil wrongs.Very Unprofessional and opaque system.
