Donot use this app for video consultation. The doctors are generally not available for video consultation and you will end up with waiting for a 2 to 3 hrs , just for a 5 to 10 min call. Really frustrating application, as it has no option to cancel a missed consultation and again u have to wait in customer care queue for refund.

I made an appointment. Later on I cancelled it on the same day because I found doctor available online. It's been too many days I have not received my refund yet and the app is saying your refund has been paid. There is no customer service of this app where I could have a chat or conversation about my issue. Although, the app doesn't give you any update over your refund amount. Fraud app. I would recommend not to rely on it and use it. Very disappointed.

Really bad experience. you can always expect min 2 hrs of wait time even after booking a suitable time. The app is bugged and mostly the video call would not work and the doctor would call you on voice call. Coming to consultation, the doctors don't check the uploaded reports and are in a hurry to get over with you. The prescription is provided only after the call is over and in case of any confusion or error in it , there is no way to get any clarification unless you book another appointment.

Worst App Cz after booking the appointment with the doctor they charge the fee which is very high and they don't bother to inform the patient weather doc is available or not. I have faced similar issue yesterday. After getting the fees they have no responsibility. I had to wait for 1:30 hr that doc will call me but then I had a talk with customer care they said they have no authority in the app. Only Doc has. They can inform us only on call but which they didn't. My refund of 4k is pending still

Doctors don't call even after one hour of the scheduled appointment time and it is better to book appointment through Apollo 24x7 app. I had a very bad experience. You can't rely on this app for consultation.

Terrible experience with the app. The doctors don't turn up for online consultation after appointments are booked and they don't even tell that they are not available. Don't bother with this app.
