Tenant book helps landlords for manage their multiple rented properties. landlord can add single or multiple property inside apartment, independent house, villa in app and assign tenant to property. landlord can get record of paid rents by tenants, approval for pay rent, add documents related to properties and tenant into app and get whenever required. add expense against properties like carpenter, plumber etc. rent paid by tenant goes into income, basis on that landlord can get profit loss report.

Tenant :
Tenants signup through email assign at time add tenant by landlord. can pay monthly rent, get rent report, add expenses done by tenant to property or building and reimbursement into rent. get paid rent report and flats documents.

House for Rent:
If your house, shops, flats, apartment and property is not rented from long time. there is one report empty flat you can go there and tick to check box for rent. we will advertisement and helps you to find more reliable tenant for your property.

property expense & income:
both tenant and landlord can add expense done by them to expense sector. rent automatically goes into income property. owner will get profit loss report of particular property on monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly basis.
