The app does not send an OTP. I've tried it like a hundred times, put my family member's number to see if they get an OTP, but no matter how many times I tap on Resend OTP, I never get one. So I haven't been able to order anything.

Very poor implementation of subscriptions. Its much more efficient to order from Zomato/Swiggy rather than go through the pain of taking this subscription. You need to cancel the previous day, which I doubt anybody has the visibility on. Option for selecting not to deliver on weekends or holidays isn't available. Maybe just check on how cultfit implements would make it usable.

a favourite food app but,not able to order. been ordering food from your app for past two months. but not been able to place order through it since 4-5 days. please fix it. i love the food and the "Schedule delivery" feature.
