Why can't I access upcoming trips on the app? I used to be able to, and I have no problem getting details on your website. I uninstalled the app then installed it again, tried another phone. It seems to be a new app issue. Please fix it ASAP. Overall the app is a bit difficult to navigate. Really should make booking a flight easier, but it does the exact opposite.

This used to be an excellent app but now the Homepage won't refresh and if there is an update, all trips, past and future, are deleted and refreshing does nothing. You need to manually Add each future trip and all past trips are lost. So disappointing! Surely Jeststar app people can get this right. It's easier and less aggravating to use the browser. Edit: now I am unable to even add a trip! App not recognising the booking numbers. Version 5.33.0

Struggle to think of a worse app... Ever. Constantly freezes up, requires sign in and password in a never-ending loop when trying to view bookings, now says I have no past or upcoming trips either. Seriously Jetstar you're a good airline but having such a poor app is an embarrassment. Suggest you go to an external IT company your existing ones are evidently not up to the job.

Most recent update is the worst update ever. Lost all my upcoming flights. App is slow and hangs constantly. Couldn't use checkin option despite being told via email and text it was available so had to use via desktop. Then impossible to retrieve boarding pass. Now been logged out and just hangs and returns error message when trying to login. I shouldn't have updated because this update is pointless especially for someone who travels constantly.

This app is ridiculous. When I log out of the app and the re login I have to manually re-enter my booking reference number. It usually takes a few tries before it even recognises the reference number.

You cannot sign in on app at all just says there's an error. Reinstalled app and cleaned cache. Latest update has wrecked this app 0/10 0 Stars highly not recommended. Please read over recent reviews there is a similar experience with others.
