증명사진 신청할 때 선택후 적용버튼응 눌러도 장바구니에 담기지 않습니다. 고객센터 2번 상담했는데 업데이트하라고만 합니다. 이미 신버전인데요. 담장자가 시험은 해 봤는지 의문입니다.

처음으로 평을 입력합니다. 그리고 이렇게 박하게 별을 준것도 처음입니다. 시간이 지나면 로그아웃이 되는거 원래 그리 만드신건지 모르겠지만, 어쩔땐 로그아웃이 제대로 안되서 앱에서 보긴 로그아웃이 안된거 처럼 보이고 로그인이 필요한 곳으로 가면 코드를 보여주며 안됩니다. 보안에 아주 취약하단 거죠. 모 이건 어찌보면 애교입니다. 장바구니를 도대체 볼수가 없네요. 사진 올리면 장바구니로 올라가는데, 그 이후에 장바구니를 접속할수 없으면 도대체 어떻게 사진 인화를 신청할수가 있나요? 이벤트 하면 모하나요? 그 기간내에 인화를 신청할수나 있을까 모르겠습니다. 며칠째 시도하고 있지만 안되네요. 증명사진도 이상하게 올라갑니다. 사진 중에 인화하고 싶은 곳을 트림해서 다음으로 가면 사진이 오르쪽으로 치우치네요. 그래서 정중앙으로 맞추기 위해서 몇번씩 시행착오를 겪으며 일부로 왼쪽으로 치우치게 트림을 해서 중앙을 맞추었습니다. 그리고 여권사진으로 선택을 했는데, 5X7로 되는거 같기도 한데... 장바구니를 볼수가 없으니 확인이 불가능하네요. 도대체 테스트는 해 보신거 맞나요? 실제로 이 앱으로 사진인화 신청에 성공하신 분들은 있고요? 잠시 서버가 이상할수도 있겠구니 하고 며칠째 시도해서도 안되는걸 봐선 문제가 심각합니다. 사진 인화를 신청해서 토요일까진 받고 일요일에 출국하려고 했는데 가능할까 모르겠습니다. 계속 시도하고 이런 평 남기는데 쓴 제 시간만 아깝네요. 이건 어찌 보상을 받을수 있을까요? 왜 평이 없이 별점만 낮을까요? 평을 할 시간도 아까운거죠. 저도 제 시간이 너무나 아깝지만 살다 살다 이런 앱은 첨이라 글을 남깁니다.
