The app is basic and quite good, but the service itself, poor customer service, you cant even eat while you wait for your 30 minutes wash, the whole place feels like waiting for a doctor's appointment, the staff there too have poor customer service even when they can help with the littlest of things, It wasnt like this before though

Poor customer service and Very bad equipment at Osapa branch more than half are out of service and the rest are unreliable. I need to delete my account How do I remove my card from the app. Kindly advice.
