Unless you have the app open and draining your battery the ENTIRE TIME (no, you can't even have a messenger chat head open) you're logged on, you WILL miss chats, you WILL be logged off, & both you & Keen will LOSE MONEY. I'm not sure why this isn't a priority for the company. I thought businesses existed to make money. They're rumored to be 'the best choice'. Not really living up to it though.

3rd update here(6.9.21): after contacting Ingenio keen, still as recent as 30 minutes ago I'm getting pinged for missing chats this APP isn't sending me requests for. (5.14.21 Update) Twice in the past week it has not sent chat requests from new clients, then I get emails saying I missed them when there was never any notification. It worked better previously. Update (5.14.21) - glitches again today saying I missed a chat that never was sent/arrived/occuring.

What I love about the app is that if I am away from the computer, I can still hear the chat monitor coming through if I am in another room, and gives me the flexibility to be able to never miss a chat. Also, if I go outside for a walk or something then I can still have keen with me and do business wherever I go. Really do love the app

The app could function a little bit better as far as interactivity Within not having to run the online monitor at the same time if you're running the app as your call monitor it will log you off repeatedly hopefully this new update fixes that
