Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing P&W Maps on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.

Whether you are searching for a specific conference room, a colleague's desk or simply the nearest cafeteria, P&W Maps will provide a route suggestion to get you to your desired destination efficiently. Users will be pleased to spend less time searching for a destination and more time collaborating and conducting business.
Maps for Pratt & Whitney’s Engineering and Technology Center go one step further by offering a turn-by-turn navigation experience with the help of Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) Beacons. These devices substitute for GPS in the indoor environment.
Select your starting point based on your current location or simply choose a manual starting point via map selection or the search function. In addition to the property based search function, you are also able to search for Points-of-Interest via a category system.
