Does not want to allow log in. If I try 'forgot password', I never receive a new one. And, I did check junk mail. If I try to register again it says my email is already registered.

Poorly managed kinda App. Always keep on asking people to re-enter their membership number when people needed to look up the information while on travel and don't even have time to look for that kinda information!

App doesn't work. Why pay for coverage then? Log in screen inoperative. Known issue.

APP is not very user friendly. Would be good to be able to ask questions directly in the chat in the APP instead of calls only. But the service and quality of information they provide is astonishing

Hey! Androids/Googles password autofill does not seem to work in your app on the log in screen, preventing me from using my safe password and logging in. Possible to ensure this autofill feature works? I'm on a Mate 10 Pro.

This app provides very useful information specially for travel but it's also valuable for local emergencies/events. But in several occasions I was never notified of new alerts in the app while other times I receive a notification but the app won't open (due to servers being overloaded?). Reliability must be improved in order to make this a proper 5 star app. The UI could do with a refresh and simplification as well .
