Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Doxper Blu on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.
  4. Wait a few seconds for the installation to complete. Once done, the installed app will appear on the BlueStacks home screen. Click its icon to start using the application.

I am writing this review because when I purchased this product there was no review available on the net. If someone had posted a review it I probably would not have purchased this product. I was introduced about this concept by a doctor friend of mine and I liked it. I contacted them on my own and our relationship started. I purchased 2 pens at the same time as my work flow involves my assistant doctor who jots the history down before I see the patient. The trouble started from day 1 as the data was not being captured correctly. The tech team of doxper ignored our inputs for a while. I was using my phone app to notify them that the data was missing. After repeated calls they replaced the pen thinking that it was faulty but the problem persisted. There is only one e-mail id available and there was no way to escalate the complaint. The tech team juniors used to ignore my calls if they wanted too. Finally I wrote to the CEO after locating his email. Then the tech team woke up. They tried hard to find out the solution but could not. Then they introduced a new concept called Doxper air where the data is transferred real time. This however needs an internet connection. Though this worked

Excellent 👌 perfect app based on artificial intelligence, backup staff is ready all time, online video consultation is wonderful service...me and my staff is very comfortable using this app.. patients feel better when they got messages of timely follow up and on-line record of their documents...

About this app

Doxper is an Al powered data capture solution that allows doctors to instantly digitize their case sheets using a digital pen and encoded paper. The solution can be fully integrated with existing EMR systems.

Step 1: WRITE: Write with Doxper digital pen on regular encoded paper.
