I booked my tickets from Parli-Nagpur on 4th March, but the bus got cancelled and I was adjusted in an alternate bus. I had booked a single sleeper lower berth and I was accommodated in a double sleeper upper berth whose price is lower than the single seat berth. The difference amount was not credited to me. The AC modules are defective and would open up during journey repeatedly. The central ac blower blows cold air heavily. The experience was really bad.

App is nice but sometimes while payment, security code does not show up. So , i prefer booking tickets from ur website... Loyalty points and Cashback offers are really fabulous!!!.. Keep going on!

Whenever I going to book a ticket at payment page it didn't show the character which is necessary to complete the payment... Only because of this I couldn't complete the payment... This captcha code didn't show on the screen...

When we were boarded in the bus ac was not working and I complaint same to the bus driver but driver denied and said ac was running properly and misbehaved with me and also with the other passengers. It was 4th time I faced same problem and I do not want to book tickets with saini travels in future. staff behavior is not up to the mark. It is our right if we paid for the ac ticket then it is your responsibilities to give proper sevice to the customers.

Unable to login using referral code. It is showing the popup as result consisted of more than one row. The referral thing is none of use no one will be able to login using referral.
