Staff is not good. I asked to change AC temprature because it was hot,so he was rude on it and he closed my curtains and said now you will get cool air. If we pay extra money so we need service and if after paying more than other bus operators and not recive service so its looks like waste of money.So before you travel must read this and travel. Bus is verygood. Reach on time.i want to change my time they also help me on it and they changed my time.

Very bad services. I booked a seat from udaipur to pune trip and did the payment, the amount was deducted immediately but i received no confirmation message or mail. When i contacted the customer care ,firstly response was delayed and then later on i was informed that the seat i booked (considering my convenience) is not available now and was provided with another seat with which i wasn't comfortable. There is no point of providing such services.

I had a terrible experience with Falcon Bus. They put a phenyl bottle instead of soap and were unapologetic about it. This could have been a fatal mishappening since there were kids on the bus! They didn't change the place of the bottle even until the end. Very non sensical people. Even their customer care was non responsive.
