i needed a cook; asked friends and family.... explored various agencies. Got to try all options. This one turned out to be very good. I got a good guy through this app. The fee they charge is quite nominal (much better than agencies). The app itself was not a fun experience. its slow and not well designed. But you can see the team behind it is good and dedicated. I had to raise an issue with customer care through app. Post that they took good care of me. I would highly recommend.👍

The people who ar looking for this app bcoz they want maids and we paid in advance the disadvantage of this co. is that at the time you will select the service eg full time maid and for your location you can see only 2-8 maids on the day when you are booking and you have paid the amount, and they show this money is valid for 30 days and when you search for same service 2nd day and in the same location new maid is showing again the site told to pay,so think when u pay.. .

DATA THEFT 1. Their charges are non-transparent and sort of bait & switch. 2. BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY>> App commits data and identity theft. Asks for a login number. But unlike ethical apps, It then remotely accesses any e-mail account(s) connected to that number in any way and pulls personal identity details of the owners of THOSE accounts without permission. This happens whether you have actually even provided them that e-mail address or not. There is no option to delete such non-permitted info.

I was looking for a good cook , Helpers recommend 10-12 cook on day 1 staying around my area . Could hire the cook within 3 days . Easy and convenient way of getting the required manpower with least expense . Thanks Helpers ....

No help available , thats fine. but it takes you their contact us page where you cant type anything. Useless app, the most important feature is not working.

Though I could not find a maid as per my specification, the help provided by Rajiv (from the Customer Care Department) was exceptional. He was extremely patient and went out of his way to help me. In the end, he was kind enough to even issue me a refund. The way he handled the entire matter is commendable and when one deals with people like him, the service becomes par excellent. Kudos to you Rajiv and to the entire team!
