Poor UI, for such a huge company. This app is too bad. Recharging balance is horrible I can't move to SMS app to copy the code and comeback, when you do so, your confirmation page is gone. Unbelievable.

The app is very buggy. Examples: - Images in the Perks section fail to display most of the time, and if they do, they are flickering. - Even though I have a swyp membership registered under my account, the landing (Usage) page says that I do not have a swyp membership. - The app crashes every now and then. - The whole UI experience of "swyping" here and there is SO CONFUSING! It's also sometimes laggy. I encounter bugs almost every time, and I keep contacting support to fix them, until I gave up on it. Whoever is developing the app desperately needs to learn how to do a proper app development.

Very bad experience, first application is not opening, 2nd i added the unlimited data pack for 50 aed and it doesn't work all the time, you send a message in WhatsApp and u have to wait for a long period or disconnect and connect the data again and hope it will work. I used to find swyp very convenient but now i ask myself why im wasting time on it.

The review is regarding the app and the payment function within it. It does not share the invoice and also once you make a payment for a said amount, instead of getting full credit, it will register you with their auto renewal plan (which is clearly not mentioned or they don't provide any info. that you will be registered ). I clearly hate the service due to this and one would be better off by buying etisalat or Du sim with better services and offers within their apps.

The payment gateway is beyond frustrating. Only takes UAE bank cards, and does not autofill, and if you get a verification code and switch screens to get the code it kicks you out of the payment gateway and you have to start again. I dread using this app whenever I need to top up.
