Order was NOT placed because of an app error, but the amount was blocked in the account. From customer service they say they cannot take any action, that I have to wait 14 days to have the amount unblocked. Avoid the app and avoid online payment, it's not the first time they have issues like this.

There are items that appear in list of products, even with filter for size, but when you click to see details or add to basket, it says they are not in stock. Edit: The stocks not being updated in time really annoys me... It recently happened that I added 3 items to basket, I paid them, and after a few hours I receive an email that 2 of the 3 items I purchased, WITH free shipping, were out of stock and then I got another email with expedition info and the bill for 1 item plus shipping costs...

Searching is very bad. You can type 'ottoman' and there will be no search results even thought the product with this word in the title exists. 'Cycling' won't work either even though 'cycling shorts' exists. When you type 'cycling shorts' it just gives all types of shorts. This made the whole experience terrible. Page loading is also very slow and laggy which makes the casual browsing impossible. This should be optimised for a better user experience.

For people using this app for the first time and trying to fill out the address, the desired format is 'street name, building number' not the standard 'building number street name'. If not, you will experience endless unhelpful error messages.

Stradivarius is one of the worst site have purchased from, i bought two items from them a top that shrink from size L to XXL on the first wash and a pair of jeans trouser from them and it got torn on the first day of wearing and i e-mail them afterwards and till date no response yet.
