About this app

Intermittent fasting (IF), one of the most talked-about diets right now, is a form of eating that defines lengths of time for feeding and fasting.

There are a few different methods, but the two most common ones are 16:8, which includes combining all-day meals in 8 hours and fasting for the remaining 16 hours, and 5:2, where five days a week are spent eating regularly and two days are spent fasting (usually defined as consuming just 500 to 600 calories a day).

Research so far shows the advantages of IF to the degree that it is worthwhile as a means of gaining weight, controlling blood pressure, and slowing down the aging cycle.
