Very pathetic application and service. There refund process are terrible, you may have high chance to lose your money. After six months follow up with customer for my refund, I gave up. Now I accept the fact that I lost my money. Better to avoid, much better and competent service providers available in the market. Don't lured with happy easy go's Rs.100 discounts offers. It's a trap.

So far So good. Seamless flight booking experience. UI and Speed is good. Haven't faced any problem yet regarding re-scheduling, reufnds or cancellations because there hasn't been any with me yet. As there are so many issues/frauds reported in review regarding refunds,If ever i face any problem with Refunds or other issues, there are good ways to take back from Boris and Vivek.

FRAUDSTER ALERT! This is the worst flight booking app I have come across. The worthlessness of the refund process of this app is beyond words. My flight was cancelled by the airline, I shared the receipt with these fraudsters, they said it will take 90-120 days for the refund. Later on they said I was a no-show hence airline rejected the refund and they closed my case. On asking for clarification, they aren't responding. The app should be banned for looting customers. Report it as much possible!

Worst service. If you cancel the ticket they won't refund your money in years. No value for customers. Customer executive have no power to solve your issues. They don't even realise their mistakes, consumer have to tell them that you made a mistake in process but even then they won't solve your issues. Pathetic service. Never use it or you'll lose your money as i have.

Fraud app. Refund on cancellation will never be given. Called customer service and they said it would take 45-90 days for the same. It has been 135 days now and they have said refund completed for an amount of zero in the app. I had cancelled my ticket one month prior to my travel date and waited 135 days to get zero rupees refund. Terrible service.

Since 2019 I'm using this apps for flights booking..last may month I cancelled two flights..it has been more than 45days over still I don't get any positive response from this apps.. airlines already forwarded the amount to travel partner but still they are not processing it any further..fraud app. Refund on cancellation will never be given.. better to go for another apps... pathetic
