This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Doctors Care on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

About this app

Doctors Care Anywhere is a service that allows new and existing patients to see one of our doctors from a phone, tablet or computer. The visit is fast and secure, and can be used to treat many common ailments, but is not for emergency medical issues. Any prescriptions are sent to your local pharmacy, and you’ll have access to your visit summary inside the Doctors Care Patient Portal.

Providers on Doctors Care Anywhere can diagnose and treat common conditions like colds, flu and sinus infections, skin abrasions and irritations, earaches and sore throats, pink eye, UTIs, allergies and more. If the provider thinks you need ancillary care for your condition, he or she will refer you to the nearest location or appropriate specialist.

Who should use this App?
Anyone over the age of 18 who is currently present in the states of South Carolina or North Carolina can use the Doctors Care Anywhere service. Parents and guardians can also initiate a visit for a child - age 8 or older - in their charge. In fact, families can setup multiple patients under a single account administrator.

Payment?
You’ll only be charged if you complete a visit with one of our providers. All major credit cards are accepted. And your visit may be a qualified expense for FSA, HSA and HRA accounts. You should consult with your employer or health plan advisor to verify possible HSA or FSA account reimbursement.

For non-emergency medical questions about your visit or prescription, you can send a secure message to the provider through the Doctors Care Patient Portal. And, during regular business hours, you can also call toll-free 1-888-843-3719 for assistance.
