Just recently without any warning and without letting anyone know, they have changed the criteria and "algorithm" they use for giving points. The other day I went out and got 5 pts for almost every single one I submitted, even though I typically higher points for it in the past. Now you have to use the map feature and only submit the ones with bright green dots, otherwise you get next to nothing. Hardly worth it anymore. Oh, & don't get your reflection or in your pics or it'll get rejected.

So I've been using JobSpotter for roughly 2 years. This app was great, but with the most recent update, it changed to "okay". They took away the verify feature, which is a bit aggravating, since it was a way to earn during non hiring periods. But the worse thing now is that the app runs so sluggishly! Before, the app was quick and simple. Now, I have to stand next to a hiring sign for a full 30 seconds, before even being allowed to take a picture of the store sign! What happened?!

I use this app for over 2 years and it was one of the good apps as far as using it in conjunction with my other gig apps. however, as of the latest update, it is starting to become more work for less. you're now competing with people in your area with the way the new app is now set up, which means you have a lower chance of making decent points. i used to average about 60 points per posting. Now, it's less than 20 points. I have to review a map in addition to taking a pictute otherwise. not fair

we like this app it's fun. however its very obvious that someone has learned to cheat the monthly contest. the same user has won or placed very high every month for 6 months. there's no way 1 person can really find over 160k job openings every single month for 6+ months. the only reason we keep playing is to get more $$ on our Amazon card. update: a few months have past & the same 2 people are still always coming in 1st and 2nd for the monthly contests. Do something JS

works exactly as described, submissions were reviewed and accepted promptly, the only great I had with it was that you have to use the app itself to take pictures - but I suppose that's understandable. I haven't actually received pay out yet so no opinion on that, but if i do then it was more than worth my time. even if I don't it's so easy that i wouldn't really have any complaint. a few pics to potentially earn cash? 2 signs, 30 seconds, made $1.24 so far. pretty gdarn good

I've been using this app for 3 years. Nothing at all had changed with how I took pictures of ads. Didn't know I was doing anything wrong. Apparently I was. They won't tell me what I did wrong. But now my account has been banned and I lost whatever money I worked hard for.
