I have had a very bad experience with HEI. They persistent when they want you to take membership, but go AWOL when you need them most. 2 years ago I took the membership and never received a membership card and number till the membership expired. This year in September one of their agent by the name of Natasha from sales department in Durban called and promised to reimburse for loss by giving a R4200 flight tickets if I renew the membership. On which I did. After that, the conditions for flight tickets no longer exist. I tried a number of times to get assistance from her seniors, all they do is lie and promise to get back to you without doing so. All I need is my money back since the promised flight tickets to reimburse the money I lost 2 years ago doesn't exist. I will do my all to spread this on social media and yellow Peter till people know who your really are.

These chase u till u take membership...after that no service at all...hotel prices are also very high compared to other websites...pls do not waste your money...literally a worst experience with them...

Despite entering in all login details correctly, my login failed !! I then retried a new new password, and then eventually tryied a new registration, all in vain. I gave up in frustration. This is crap !
