The app seems good at first but I had to put a lot of personal info and bank details and then in the end doesn't let me login. Keeps coming up with the same message "invalid details please try again later". Tried to reset the password but still get the same result. Tried to call the customer services but if I chose the app related option it tells me to email or use the contact us section on the app, which I did but still waiting for an answer. Thanks for stealing my details 😡

Kind of works but odd missing features in the pre-pay section: firstly, if you change your mind about the wash program you want, you have to close the app down fully and start again to reset the process. You can only register one car. If you have more than one car you'll need multiple accounts.

Probably the worst designed app I have ever used. Terrible UI, sometimes you just can't buy. Moreover my wallet appeared empty while I have bought 3 washes and only used the two. Completely useless and both a waste of time and money

Absolutely appalling- keeps locking up or forms expire. I have tried for three days to get this app to work and enable me to book a bundle. I do not usually admit to this but this has got me beaten.

Had a voucher but it didn't work, spoke to someone on email but then they just stopped helping for some reason and I've been to a couple of there car washes and they all have shut early 20+minutes.

Terrible app. Nothing works. Hyperlinks are inactive, frequently freezes and crashes, difficult to navigate, no return or back function, just rubbish.
