I love this app and with every use you find more snd more benefit! My only frustration is during any updates I lose every one of my downloads whuch exceeds over 10 recordings. I have dlow internet in the country and have to drive 40 min into town to download them all over again. I hope tech can fix this issue.

This is by far my favorite meditation app and I've tried many. I went
searching specifically for this one on my phone because I already use daily
on my tablet. It's wonderful! It's been the only thing to help finally both
get to sleep AND stay there ,but I also use many of the other meditations.
On my tablet each one is paid for individually and by now I've spent a lot
of money. My only real complaint here is that I can't transfer my "account"
but rather I will be paying for something I already own.

Edit: Took a only a day to fix it up. Nice quick service. Very happy now, 5
stars from me :> The sessions need better descriptions. Loads of them
suitable for bedtime listening but don't inform the fact they have no
awakings at the end. There is one that says it's suitable for bedtime
listening "rise your energy" that wakes you up at the end. so totally
killed my sleep last night. So would be 5 stars if all the sessions would
clearly state if they have a wake part at the end or not. Shame as I now
have doubts about the sessions even though it's the first hypnotis I liked
the sound of.

This app is Great and it works I tried the Quit smoking session I only
listened to it once and I quit smoking the next day , I've been smoke free
for 7 days now

It's unconscionable to charge a decent monthly fee and not have decent instant streaming. Come on Glenn, the content is great but the app itself is the digital equivalent of an auto immune disease.
