Very effective in curving negative subconscious thinking in my opinion. I say that, because my nervous reactions lessened greatly after listening to the program for the first week. I had a problem installing the program at first, had to attempt to download a few times and uninstall and reinstall, but works fine now.

i love glenns work but this app needs some serious work.it needs updating.wont let me download to my phone and wont let me stream it either.ive uninstalled and reinstalled several tines but still no good.you expect better when you purchase something.you can tell that this app is outdated,if you compare it to the other apps you can see that the layout of this app is very old,its the old style glenn used to have.based on the fact this isnt free and have to purchase it,i would have thought you would pay more attention to the app and update it
