UPDATE 9/12/2020 - APP STILL DOESN'T WORK ON ANDROID PHONES it says this app was last update in 2016 and that this app was developed for an older android version. I have a Samsung 10+ & it wont open. I'm paying for this service and I can't upload any of my phone videos. not happy at all

Updated?? I can't even get logged in now!! All I get is a message says "Account is currently Authorizing" What is that even supposed to mean? I have another box of slides to send in for processing but if I can't even view them, why bother?? This is extremely irritating and frustrating.

Worthless to even download the app. All you can do is view settings and/or albums you have previously uploaded. Nothing else. Use another service.

Its awesome being able to share and see my videos. But alot of the time I click on a video to watch and it won't play! Does it too much. Please fix. I can't watch the videos more than I can!

No way to upload images or videos from Android anymore. I have been a loyal user of the app and web-based platforms, but I am disappointed :-/ Please fix this!

Can't use on Android. I have used iMemories for years and all of my photos and videos are on the site. With the last couple of updates I have not been able to upload pictures. I pay a yearly subscription. I have called several times and also sent emails with this concern but have never been able to correct issues. Very disappointed with this product. Working on getting all my items to a different site. I don't want to. Please fix the issues for Android users.
