Yeah, this thing is trash. Despite setting it to vibrate, every function (power, pairing, charging, looking at it the wrong way...) is met with a loud beep that echoes across the house. If I move too far out of range, it beeps continuously until one of my young children is woken up at and starts looking for me throughout the house. Connectivity is a joke. I may buy 5 or 6 more, just so I can have the satisfaction of smashing them with a hammer.

It doesn't pair easily. When making changes to the alarm it asks to hold snooze button down for five seconds and absolutely nothing happens. Set alarms and they did not go off or it lasted for two seconds and shut off. This shaker is a giant oreo cookie looking piece of junk. Avoid this...

I found the app easy to use and setting the alarm easy, but my 69 year old mother who I got it for had a terrible time setting the alarm. She could never set the alarm time without my help, and even with my help could not sync the new alarm time to the shaker unit. Once it was set and placed under her pillow, she could turn it off when alarm went off, but that was it. The shaker is not powerful enough to go under the mattress, so I put it under the pillow inside the pillowcase; worked fine

This is the absolute worst app and product combination I have ever used. Cannot maintain a Bluetooth connection to the device. Alarms will not activate when they are supposed to. Vibration is not strong enough to wake up a light sleeper. Rechargeable battery is is so terrible, you must charge it at all times - yes, this means you must leave a lithium ion battery underneath your pillow while it charges - a massive fire hazard. You should be ashamed of your company for peddling this trash

I like the smart shaker but this app is a total pain. It crashes like every 20 minutes when I'm not even using it ("SmartShaker has stopped") & I've tried everything I can think of to fix it (clearing data, reinstalling, making it "always sleep", etc.) but nothing helps. Seems to be worse since Oreo upgrade.

It used to work well, but stopped working with the Pixel 4, it no longer connects to the app.
