App does show real time of drop off a d pick up. I had already sent a message directly but there was no response. I had also uninstalled and installed the app several times. Installing ... uninstalling is not a solution It is a waste of time. Proper investigate should be done and resolved about why app does not update automatically. Yesterday my child was picked up and dropped off to school but there was no update. When he was picked in the afternoon from school and dropped off to go.e there was an update. It means that app does not really work.
