I get a funny blackscreen several times a day. Turns out the activity manager is starting com.ilicit.lyon.metro.hd.PrefAdmobWall If that ain't ads, what is it? and why does it appear several times a day without me opening the app?

I was driven absolutely crazy by pop up ads - every time I tried to do something on my Nexus 4. It nearly drove me crazy. When I tried to close the pop up - it just switched me through to the Google play site. I downloaded anti virus software - and it identified "Lyon Metro" as the problem. I immediately deleted the app - and I have never had another problem. Apps likes this should not be allowed on Google play. Don't touch it!!

Full-screen advertising was triggered each time the phone had Internet access which was very annoying. It's more useful to just have a PNG image of the TCL network than to use this application.

It is what it says it is: an offline metro map. Its great for planning your own route. i don't see what everyone is talking about with the lag and ads popping up. I don't have any problems.

About this app

Lyon Metro and Tramway and Trolley - a simple free and offline map of all transport in Lyon, very useful for tourists and visitors.

It includes:
- Lyon Metro
- Lyon Tramway
- Lyon Trolley

The Lyon metro, in Lyon, France, first opened in 1978 and now consists of four lines. It is part of the Transports en Commun Lyonnais (TCL) system of public transport, and is supported by a network of tramways.

Unlike all other French metro systems, but like the SNCF and RER, Lyon metro trains run on the left. This is the result of an unrealised project to run the metro into the suburbs on existing railway lines. The loading gauge for lines A, B, and D is 2.90 m (9 ft 6.2 in), more generous than the average for metros in Europe. The loading gauge for line C is 2.78 m (9 ft 1.4 in).

The Lyon Metro owes its inspiration to the Montreal Metro which was built a few years prior, and has similar (wider) rubber-wheel cars and station design.

The total track length is 30 km (18.6 mi), 80% of which is underground and it has over 708,000 daily weekday boardings.
