The bookings tab never works. It takes you till the payment method, the payment gets done but there is no booking confirmation. The contact us page is a joke, no one ever picks up the call.

Payment done booking not confirmed.called Reservation helpline, not answered. Then call for support helpline tele executive given hotel no. On calling 1st number person on call told office is closed today, then disconnected call without listening further. Check all nos finally one lady picked up call and told that office is closed can't check status now. She asked to sent mail on reservation email id which I already did. This is called Incredible India. I don't know whether I get refund or not.

Does not shows any location options after reinstalling 3 times. Developers needs to take attention and debug the app so that it can do what its meant for. Website is useful this is a waste. Cheers!

Worst app.. functions like a typical government organization. Made two bookings. In both cases amount deducted but booking not done. This is useless app. Don't know when I'll get my money back. N how I ll do bookings.

blank page poped up after making payment. Amount was debited but booking is not showing on portal. Totally unreliable. Later navigation on pages changed totally.

App downloaded successfully. Signed in but main menu not appearing on screen. couldn't see availability, bookings. Worst app.
