On behalf of the Organizing Committee, it is our great honor and pleasure to invite you to the 2018 International Congress on Obesity and MEtabolic Syndrome (ICOMES) co-hosted by the Korean Society for the Study of Obesity (KSSO) and Korean Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery (KSMBS), which will be held in Seoul, Korea from 6 to 9 September 2018. The KSSO and KSMBS will have the privilege of hosting ICOMES 2018 in Korea, and plan to ensure that the conference surpasses all expectations.

We cordially invite all prospective participants who are interested in sharing their knowledge and research experience in the area of obesity. Since its inauguration as a major international congress on obesity and metabolic syndrome, the ICOMEShas grown into the world-leading scientific gathering with renowned invited speakers and over 1,000 enthusiastic participants every year.

This year’s ICOMES programs co-organized by KSSO and KSMBS will provide a unique opportunity to learn about the most recent findings and research updates in the field of obesity as well as metabolic and bariatric surgery. In this regards we have no doubt thatICOMES2018 will provide all participants with a firm platform for a meaningful academic, industrial, social and cultural experience.
