Great sandwiches! Two things that can be addressed to make this app great: 1. Add a barcode option for in-store purchases. Can't use the random email deals when ordering mobile. 2. Create a favorite location so you can bypass having to search for your local Ike's. Hope this is addressed. Matt Cain is the best sando on the menu!!

Placed order, was charged, but store never received order. Other customers arrived while I waited for my sandwich and their orders also didn't go through. App just doesn't work. Also logs you out constantly.

I was going to buy my wife and I lunch, but I had to shorten it to just buying her lunch because it got expensive real quick. It was $19.01 and turned in to $30.00 at checkout, thats my only complaint. Should have waited until Wednesday when they give you $5 off.

The app does not offer all the sandwiches that are listed on your website. Filling in the payment info was difficult & it kept telling me my expectation date didn't fit the field. It finally worked. But please add all sandwich options as well as drink, chip options to the app. Thank you.

We LOVE Ike's. We HATE the app. Our local manager has already had to adjust and even comp our order like 3 times, I feel so bad for her. Delivery is non-existent, the app says I'm not in the delivery area when I live less than a full mile from the store. Dude- please get it together cuz I'm not feelin the love online at all.

The sandwiches are great, but the app sucks. No option to pick which drink you want or which chips you want. You can't edit an order once it's been placed in the cart, and you HAVE to place delivery orders using the app.
