I want to love this, it has a lot of useful information. Unfortunately, I can't access the recipes; when I click on the dishes, it takes me to a webpage that tells me I am unable to connect. Very frustrating. Edited to add: OK, just discovered that one needs to pay to access the recipes. So if you just want the diet guidelines, I can highly recommend this app. I can't comment on the recipes one way or the other, alas.

Nice concept - need trial version. Not spreading $5 to find out it doesn't work to my satisfaction. I also saw carb recipes in there. Sooo not for inflammation!

Looks good but you do have to "upgrade to premium " to unlock any recipes. Download and delete. Just tell me upfront it's $4.99.
