Nice thermometer and the app is a great idea but.... the inability to sync the thermometer with the app to upload data and the app crashes regularly which makes it impossible to use these products as intended.

Absolute waste of time and money. I contacted the company after the first thermometer didnt work (wouldn't sync to the app), they told me it was a defect and that they would send me a new one. Got the new one, same issues as before! The app doesn't work at all, I cannot even get it to pair with the thermometer and all it does is tell me error. Not to mention the instruction manual is essential useless. Do not recommend the app or the thermometer.

Can't create an account. The app freezes and is useless. I tried installing and uninstalling -- whatever the update, it did not fix the issue. Using an Android phone.
